What do I need to hire a car with Enterprise?
The essential items you will need to bring to an Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch when hiring a vehicle are:
- a valid drivers licence
- valid ID
- a credit or debit card.
You will also need to prove you are over 25 years of age, and there may be additional documentation required for international drivers.
Can I hire a car with a debit card?
We accept all major debit cards except for Maestro, Electron, Solo and pre-paid cards. To hire our 4x4s and premium vehicles, we require a credit card. All cards MUST have the main driver's name on it.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
Our prices may vary because car hire prices are based on various factors such as, vehicle size, seasonality, length of rental, vehicle make, availability and location. Customers are advised to start the booking process to determine the exact price.
Can I modify, extend, or cancel my reservation?
You can modify or cancel your reservation via our website or mobile app. If you prepaid your booking and you cancel 3 days or more before your specified pick up time you will receive a full refund of the total amount. To extend your car rental, you can click “Call to Extend Your Rental” in our mobile app. You can also call your rental branch or 0800 800 227 to extend your reservation.

Bedfont, not to be confused with Bedford, is a relatively small market town in Middlesex. It is about 21 kms from Charing Cross and only 3 kms from Heathrow Airport. This proximity to the airport has seen the growth of a burgeoning hotel industry in Bedfont.
The town is the location of two surviving manor houses which are thought to date as far back as the 15th century. Another local building of historical interest is the Bell on the Green Inn. Other places of interest include The Church of England and a natural park known as Bedfont Green.
The local Enterprise car hire branch is at Unit 3 on the Great South West Road. The nearest railway station is at Heathrow Terminal 4, which is about a 20 minute walk away. The Piccadilly line tube station is also within walking distance, however it's not a very nice walk and you have to cross over a major road so, if you're coming from the airport it's best to take a taxi. Alternatively you can take the 203 bus from the roundabout by the long term car park, this goes along Stanwell Road and will drop you at Spinney Drive East Bedford stop. Get off there and walk back to the corner of GSW road where you'll find the Enterprise branch.
